Among women
The female advisors from ZWEI Wealth invited on Thursday, January 16, to an event explaining the results of the annual tender to a circle of women. The idea was to give women the opportunity to learn more about investing. The result was a lively exchange in a personal atmosphere.
Why are there events only for women? Nadeschda Hoidn Wiede: “It is true that in more than 60% of ZWEI Wealth's customer relationships women are directly involved. On our events, however, the proportion of women is in the single-digit percentage range. We wanted to change that by providing an easy to talk event for women”.
What was discussed?
For Isabelle Stumm, the dominant finding is that the discussions were much less biased and more open about their own concerns than they are used to on other financial events. “Where more technical aspects are addressed on classic financial events, the discussions in this context were much more personal.” Discussions were made about experiences with banks and asset managers and case studies, how to deal with certain personal situations and what services are available from ZWEI Wealth stand.
What remains?
The feedback from all participants was very motivating for the three organizers. “The event confirms the interest of women in the topic. No question, it will be important to continue to create opportunities for open and personal exchange in the future”, summarizes Isabelle Röher.
