Together with Klaus Wellershoff, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ZWEI Wealth, the Advisory Board helps and supports the long-term development of the ZWEI Wealth Ecosystem with external impulses.

Pascal Foehn, tech-expert

Pascal Foehn is the Group Chief Operations Officer of Innoterra, an international food and technology company headquartered in Zug/Switzerland ensuring the supply of healthy food to the world. Prior to this he worked as Group COO and board sponsor for Asia at Avaloq, a global leader for core banking platforms in the financial services industry. The company has been successfully sold to NEC for a transaction value of USD 2.2bn in December 2020.
He started his professional career 25+ years ago at UBS working in Switzerland, the Middle East and Hong Kong.

Pascal is passionate about building up and transforming scalable, disruptive platform companies. He holds a PhD in marketing from the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He loves music and going to live concerts and is a keen hiker and cross-country skier.

 

Andrew Hall, investor and advisor

Andrew Hall is an Investor/advisor in the Renewable Energy and Engineering Technology Sectors as CEO of Saxjo Limited. Prior to this he worked at Siemens AG, Munich for 23 years in several senior executive roles, most recently as Group CFO of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SA, Spain and Executive Director and CFO of Siemens Wind Power & Renewable Energy, Hamburg.

He is currently Senior Advisor in Blackstone Credit’s energy transition platform, New York. Investor Director at Arctic Green Energy Corporation, Singapore. Lead Independent Director of The Metals Company, Vancouver. Portfolio Chair of Windlogix Ltd, London. Chair of New Motion Labs Limited, London. Non-Executive Director and Audit Chair of ComAp as, Prague, and Advisor to the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week.

Andrew Hall received an M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from the London Business School.

Andrew Hall was born in 1963 in Letaba, Southern Africa and raised in Eswatini. He now lives in London with his wife and enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing interests in sailing and nature conservation.

 

Cornelia Patricia Harder, entrepreneur

Education in marketing and communication with federal diplomas; numerous advanced studies in leadership, corporate strategy, digital marketing, business transformation, innovation management and board management. CEO of international communication agencies for many years as well as management positions in marketing at various Swiss companies. Entrepreneur with own consulting company for business development and digital marketing. Supports arious start-ups as advisor and investor.
Since 2017 member of the board of directors of ZFV companies (hotel, gastronomy, real estate, catering) and since January 2023 chairwoman of the board of directors (leadership advisory, management consulting).
Enjoys playing tennis and regularly competes in tournaments in her free time; in winter can often be found in the mountains cross-country skiing.

 

Lukas Kölbener, entrepreneur and digital platform expert

Lukas Kölbener is an entrepreneur and the CEO of the Swiss software company XIAG AG with four international locations, as well as a member of the Board of Directors at the internationally operating SaaS builder CVT Services. Lukas's expertise lies in the development, go-to-market and long-term building of digital business models with a focus on multi-sided platforms.

In his spare time, Lukas is one of the best ballroom dancers in Europe in improvised dance, for which he has developed a training method inspired by agile management.

 

Tarkan Özküp, media and marketing expert

Tarkan Özküp started his career at Publicitas AG and then worked for the "Berner Zeitung" and "Le Nouveau Quotidien" on the publishing side. From 2002 to 2008 he worked for TeleZüri and Radio 24 in the marketing management. In 2008 he moved to Credit Suisse and, after three years as Managing Director, took over the management of the marketing of the Swiss business. In this function, he worked for seven years before taking on the double function as Chief Commercial Officer at the news portal «watson» and member of the management team at AZ Medien AG in February 2019.

 

Fleur Platow, financial journalist

Financial journalist Fleur Platow was Zurich's international correspondent for International Reports on Finance and Currencies, a subsidiary of the Financial Times in New York, for over a decade. As an investment expert, Fleur Platow, she is known as the author of various books and a member of various advisory boards. She has been committed to the topic of 'women and finance' since the 1990s. Among other things, she brought her experience of increasing money to her seminar Women & Finance, was a member of the executive board of the Smart Ladies' Investment Club SLIC from 1997 to summer 2013 and founded the Swiss Women's Fund Forum.

 

Peter Schmid, banking specialist

Peter Schmid is an independent board member, senior advisor, and investor of several growth companies. Before, he was a member of the Executive Committee Europe of UBS, CEO of Merrill Lynch Bank Switzerland and UBP Zurich as well as member of the executive committee of Deutsche Bank Switzerland. He is board member of ZWEI Wealth and worked in the supervisory boards of UBS Germany, Deutsche Bank Luxembourg as well as Merrill Lynch Capital Markets.

Peter is married and father of 3 children. He holds an MBA and PhD from the University of St. Gallen. He is very interested in global politics and the development of the global economy. He loves flying, Ice Hockey and regularly goes to concerts.

 

Klaus W. Wellershoff, economist

Klaus W. Wellershoff is Chairman of the Board of Directors of ZWEI Wealth Experts AG. He was chief economist at the Swiss Bank Association and then UBS for twelve years before founding his own consulting firm Wellershoff & Partners in 2009. He teaches economics at the University of St. Gallen and holds a number of foundation and board functions in science, culture and sports.
