Education and professional career

Hans Münch began his career at UBS AG after graduating from the University of Zurich. For ten years, he focused on international HR issues in Zurich and New York. After returning from the US, he moved to Swiss Re. As Managing Director, he was responsible for rewards, business partner to the CEO and the Board of Directors, and secretary of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors for six years. After 12 years, he moved to Willis Towers Watson, where Hans Münch led the development of the Swiss country organization for human capital with a focus on executive compensation and performance measurement. In addition to his work at ZWEI Wealth Experts, Hans Münch lectures at universities of applied sciences.

In his free time, Hans Münch focuses on good food, good wine, and, to balance this, regular sporting activities.
