He firmly believes this mindset is just as essential in wealth advisory, where personalized, proactive guidance is key to building trust and empowering clients to make confident, long-term financial decisions.

Education and career

Louis earned his Master’s degree in Hospitality Management with a specialization in Finance, Real Estate, and Consulting from the École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), following a Bachelor’s degree in International Hotel Management from Vatel in Brussels.

Throughout his career, Louis has held leadership roles in five-star hotels in Geneva and France, where he refined his approach to high-end service and operational excellence. He later transitioned into financial recruitment, where he successfully advised and placed professionals in roles across compliance, risk management, and accounting giving him a deep understanding of the financial services ecosystem.

His academic and professional projects include the development of a sentiment-based investment strategy that outperformed the S&P 100 over a decade, as well as real estate valuation and feasibility studies for strategic asset development in Switzerland. He is particularly focused on ESG integration, portfolio optimization, and investment strategy design using AI tools.

Louis finds fulfilment in cultural exploration and intellectual curiosity. He is passionate about macroeconomic trends, the intersection of technology and finance, and emerging investment paradigms. He also enjoys swimming, running, and sauna therapy as part of a disciplined lifestyle, and takes great pleasure in discovering new places, languages, and culinary traditions especially where hospitality and culture meet.
