Education and professional background

Nadeschda holds a masters’ degree in business administration and technology management from the University of St. Gallen. Before joining ZWEI, Nadeschda lead the Division for New Renewable Energy with ewz. In this position, she developed an asset portfolio and was responsible for the acquisition, planning and realisation of power plants as well as their operation and asset management. Since 2009 Nadeschda holds mandates as board member and president of Swiss and European companies. Before joining ewz she worked for various companies in the finance and industry sector such as for a Swiss consultancy company delivering controlling and advisory services for pension funds as Investment Consultant, for Ernst & Young in the internal controlling as well as in the tax advisory department and for Swiss International Airlines as controller during the start-up phase in the aftermath of the Swissair collapse.
