Education and professional career

Nicolas Debons has spent his entire career in the financial sector. He served as Managing Director at UBS, where he led institutional Fixed Income sales in London before becoming Global Head of Fixed Income at UBS Wealth Management & Business Banking. He subsequently assumed responsibility for serving Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) in French-speaking Switzerland.

For twelve years, he headed the Private Banking division at Banque Cantonale du Valais and was a member of the Executive Management. He studied at the University of Geneva.
