Pascal Irani is a Partner at Zwei Wealth in Geneva. With more than 23 years of experience in senior wealth management roles, he combines in-depth expertise in portfolio management and alternative investments with extensive market experience and a deep understanding of complex wealth structures. He has advised private clients, family offices and entrepreneurs in Switzerland, across Europe and in the Middle East – always with the aim of translating complexity into clear, actionable solutions.

Throughout my career, I have worked at banks, external asset managers and family offices, always with one fundamental objective: to serve my clients’ best interests.
Over the years, however, I have often encountered situations where the interests of financial institutions and those of their clients were not fully aligned. These conflicts of interest have always concerned me, as I firmly believe that clients should come first in every decision.
At Zwei Wealth, I found the structure and philosophy that truly reflect the way I believe wealth management should be conducted: independent, transparent and entirely focused on the client. This ultimately convinced me to join Zwei Wealth.
Over the course of his career, Pascal Irani has held various senior positions at leading financial institutions, including Credit Suisse and BCGE. His background encompasses setting up wealth management desks, managing complex cross-border portfolios and leading client-facing teams.
His expertise encompasses tailored wealth solutions across portfolio management, alternative investments and risk management; cross-border advisory with a focus on Switzerland, Europe and the Middle East; and holistic wealth planning. This includes structuring estate, inheritance and tax optimisation strategies in collaboration with external legal and tax experts.
