Patrick Müller
CEO

Patrick Müller is the CEO of ZWEI Wealth. Together with Klaus Wellershoff, he founded ZWEI Wealth in 2014. He continues to work directly with clients as an expert advisor. 

Patrick Müller holds a Master's degree from the Universityof St. Gallen (HSG). Over the past 20 years, he has held various leadership roles in the financial industry (Credit Suisse, UBS). These includede stablishing a philanthropic foundation for UBS, serving as Regional Head and Managing Director for Israel and Africa, and developing and marketing investment solutions as Head of Sales & Marketing.

Nadeschda Hoidn Wiede
Head Marketing

Nadeschda Hoidn Wiede has been a Partner at ZWEI Wealth since 2019. As a member of the executive management, she is responsible for marketing and continues to advise clients.

Nadeschda holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Technology Management from the University of St. Gallen. Before joining ZWEI Wealth, she led the"New Renewable Energies" division at ewz. In this role, she built an investment portfolio and was responsible for the acquisition, planning,implementation, and operation of power plants. Since 2009, Nadeschda has served on boards of directors and as chairwoman of Swiss and European companies.Previously, she worked in various roles across the financial and industrial sectors, including as an investment consultant for a Swiss advisory firm focused on pension fund controlling and consulting, for Ernst & Young, and during the startup phase of Swiss International Airlines after the collapse of Swissair. 

Matthias Lehmann
Head Markets

Matthias Lehmann has been a Partner at ZWEI Wealth since September 2022. In addition to advising clients, he is responsible for client business and its development asa member of the executive management.

Matthias holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the University of St.Gallen. Over the past 20+ years, he has held various leadership roles at UBS in Zurich and London. Among other responsibilities, he led the UHNW (Ultra HighNet Worth) segment for Central and Eastern Europe and was part of the Global Family Office Group for Europe, advising European families on wealth management, financial planning, and business development.

Cyrill Moser
Head Provider Management

Cyrill Moser is a member of the executive management team and Head of Provider Management. He joined ZWEI Wealth in November 2022.

Cyrill Moser holds a Master's degree in Finance & Economics from the University of Basel and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Keiser University in Florida. He has also been a CFA Charterholder since 2001. He began his banking career at UBS Investment Bank as an Equity Research Analyst, supporting numerous Swiss companies with IPOs and capital market transactions.Additionally, he was globally responsible for the distribution of equity and FX products at UBS Wealth Management. Cyrill is also a board member of the CFA Society Switzerland.

Andrea Schlapbach
COO

Andrea Schlapbach, as COO at ZWEI Wealth, is responsible for operational excellence and, as a member of the executive management team, for the strategic development of the Wealth Office platform.

Andrea studied physics and chemistry at ETH Zurich and Stanford, earning a Master's degree in Natural Sciences from ETH. Held various professional roles at the Swiss Stock Exchange SWX / SIX Group and SwissRe, worked as a strategy consultant and project manager in the financial services industry, served as founder, COO, and CFO of two successful technology companies, and has been active as an investor, advisor, and board member for start-ups and scale-ups.

Roman Stein
Chairman of the board of directors

Roman Stein is Chairman of the Board of Directors of ZWEI Wealth. Roman held various management positions in finance at the Zurich Insurance Group before assuming overall responsibility for the Finance Division and thus the financial management of the CSS Group. In January 2017, he became Head of Finance& Actuarial Services at Swiss Life and a member of the Executive Board Switzerland. Since March 2024 he has been CEO of Swiss Life Switzerland and thus a member of the Corporate Executive Board of the Swiss Life Group. Roman Stein holds a Master's degree in Physics from ETH Zurich and a Master's degree in Controlling from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.

Klaus W. Wellershoff
Board Member - Economist

Klaus W. Wellershoff is co-founder and a member of the Board of Directors at ZWEI Wealth. He served as Chief Economist for twelve years, first at Swiss Bank Corporation and later at UBS, before founding his own consulting firm, Wellershoff & Partners, in 2009. He teaches economics at the University of St. Gallen and holds a number of board and foundation positions in the fields of academia, culture, and sports.

Rolf Aeberli
Board Member - banking, insurance and corporate governance expert

Rolf W.Aeberli is a member of the Board of Directors of ZWEI Wealth Experts AG. He has been Head Corporate Mandates at the Swiss Life Group since 2017 and represents the Group in various Group-internal companies.

He previously held various positions at Credit Suisse, Julius Baer, Banca del Gottardo and the private bank Maerki Baumann. Rolf W. Aeberli holds a degree in economics and a doctorate in economics from the University of Zurich.

Peter Schmid
Board Member - Banking Expert

Peter Schmid is an independent board member, advisor, and investor in various growth companies. Previously, he was a member of the European Executive Committee at UBS, CEO of Merrill Lynch Banque Suisse and UBP Zurich, as well as a member of the executive management at Deutsche Bank Switzerland. He serves on the Board of Directors of ZWEI Wealth and has held board positions at UBS Germany, Deutsche Bank Luxembourg, and Merrill Lynch Capital Markets.

He is married with three children and holds both an MBA and a doctorate from the University of St. Gallen. He has a strong interest in global politics and economic development. He is passionate about aviation and ice hockey, and enjoys attending concerts.

Pascal Foehn
Tech Expert

PascalFoehn is the Group Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Innoterra, a globallyleading food and technology company headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. Priorto this, he worked for over 10 years at Avaloq, most recently as Group ChiefOperations Officer and Head of Asia. In December 2020, Avaloq was sold to NECfor over CHF 2.2 billion.

Pascal began his professional career 25 years ago at UBS andspent several years working in the Middle East, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

His professional passion lies in building and transformingtechnology companies. He holds a PhD in Marketing from the University ofZurich. In his free time, he enjoys attending concerts and spending time in themountains.

Andrew Hall
Advisor - Investor and Consultant

Andrew Hallis the CEO of Saxjo Limited and serves as an investor and advisor in therenewable energy and engineering sectors. Previously, he worked for 23 years atSiemens AG in Munich, holding various senior roles, most recently as Group CFOof Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SA in Spain, and as Executive Director andCFO of Siemens Wind Power & Renewable Energy in Hamburg.

Hecurrently serves as Senior Advisor to the Energy Transition Platform ofBlackstone Credit in New York, Investor Director at Arctic Green EnergyCorporation in Singapore, Lead Independent Director of The Metals Company inVancouver, Portfolio Chairman of Windlogix Ltd in London, Chairman of NewMotion Labs Limited in London, Non-Executive Director and Audit Chair at ComApin Prague, and Advisor to Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week.

Andrewholds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town andan MBA from the London Business School.

Born in1963 in Letaba, Southern Africa, Andrew grew up in Eswatini and now lives inLondon with his wife. He enjoys spending time with his family and is passionateabout sailing and nature conservation.

Cornelia Patricia Harder
Advisor – Entrepreneur

CorneliaPatricia Harder brings extensive experience as CEO of internationalcommunications agencies and has held various leadership roles in Swisscompanies.

She is anentrepreneur with her own consulting firm focused on business development anddigital marketing.

As anexpert in marketing and communications with federal Swiss diplomas, she hascontinuously expanded her knowledge in leadership, corporate strategy, digitalmarketing, business transformation, innovation management, and boardgovernance.

She serveson the board of ZFV-Unternehmungen (hospitality, gastronomy, real estate,catering) and is Chair of the Board at Kienbaum AG (management and HRconsulting).

Lukas Kölbener
Advisor – Entrepreneur and Platform Expert

LukasKölbener is an entrepreneur and CEO of the Swiss software company XIAG AG,which operates in four international locations. He also serves on the board ofthe globally active SaaS builder CVT Services.

Lukasspecializes in the development, go-to-market strategy, and long-term scaling ofdigital business models, particularly in multi-sided platform ecosystems.

In his freetime, Lukas is one of the top competitive dancers in Europe in improvisedpartner dancing. He has even developed a training method for the sport inspiredby agile management principles.

Tarkan Özküp
Advisor – Media and Marketing Expert

TarkanÖzküp began his career at Publicitas AG, later working in publishing roles atthe “Berner Zeitung” and “Le Nouveau Quotidien.” From 2002 to 2008, he ledmarketing at TeleZüri and Radio 24.

In 2008, hejoined Credit Suisse, where he became Managing Director and led marketing forthe Swiss business for seven years. In February 2019, he took on a dual role asChief Commercial Officer at the news platform "watson" and member ofthe executive management at AZ Medien AG.

Fleur Platow
Advisor – Financial Journalist

FleurPlatow is a financial journalist who served for over a decade as Zurichcorrespondent for International Reports on Finance and Currencies, asubsidiary of the Financial Times in New York.

As aninvestment expert, Fleur is well-known as the author of several books and as amember of various advisory boards. Since the 1990s, she has been activelyinvolved in the topic of "Women and Finance."

She hasshared her wealth-building experiences through her seminar Women &Finance, served from 1997 to mid-2013 as a board member of the SmartLadies' Investment Club (SLIC), and founded the Swiss Women’s Fund Forum.
