He has designed and managed operational frameworks for ultra-high-net-worth families, implemented modern reporting solutions, and introduced automated performance and cash flow monitoring systems. In addition, he has developed IT and security strategies to strengthen governance and operational efficiency, while overseeing onboarding and client lifecycle processes as well as multi-bank relationship structures.

He has also developed CRM-based frameworks to enhance the client experience, ensuring consistency and effective follow-through across a wide range of processes. His particular strength lies in connecting all the operational elements of wealth management – investment processes, banking services, reporting, compliance and technology – to provide clients with straightforward access to meaningful outcomes.
