Education and professional career

Shea Weiss completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). She deepened her academic education with stays in Bangkok and California and expanded her expertise with the federal diploma of higher education in Wealth Management.

Shea Weiss began her career at a Basel-based foundation before joining the ClientSolutions Team at BluEarth Capital – a Private Equity firm initiated by Partners Group.

There, she served high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) with a focus on Single and Multi-Family Offices. Her strong interest in family businesses and succession planning influenced her academic and professional path, as she herself comes from an agricultural family business.

In her free time, the Fricktal native enjoys spending time with her Lagotto on her own estate, where she has dedicated herself to cultivating truffles. Shea enjoys immersing herself in non-fiction literature on business, history and psychology. And when it comes to enjoyment, the aspiring sommelier is always present with a good glass of wine.
