After more than 15 years in private banking, during which headvised investors, James came to the conclusion that the traditional privatebanking wealth management model does not provide the greatest value toinvestors. Rather, the real question is how well a new, innovative ecosystemcan be implemented — one that places the interests of investors at theforefront and offers them structured, personalized advice that is meaningfuland convenient in the short, medium, and long term.

The experiences James has gained since moving from thebanking sector to his advisory role at ZWEI Wealth have only strengthened hisfirm belief: the future for investors lies in taking back control over theirwealth — through a new system of wealth advisory. This is called: your ownpersonal Wealth Office. Completely independent from financial providers,focused solely on the interests of the investor — and free from conflicts ofinterest.

Professional and Academic Background

James began his finance career in the late 1990s in the UBSJunior Key People Program (trainee program), and then worked at UBS AG inGeneva — initially as a client advisor for international clients and later as aBusiness Development Executive for a specific large Sub-Saharan Africancountry. He rose to the rank of Executive Director. His dedication tocomprehensive and high-quality advice for demanding clients was recognized witha nomination for the UBS AG “Circle of Excellence Award.”

He is also the co-founder of a Swiss leisure company aimingto establish the concept of high rope parks worldwide.

James studied economics at the University of Fribourg andsuccessfully completed the UBS Wealth Management Diploma in Switzerland as wellas the UBS Investment Bank Foundation Module in London.

Personal

James lives in Lausanne with his wife and three children. Heis passionate about sports, loves rugby, and is an experienced traveler — bothprofessionally and privately with his family.
