Annual financial statement for your assets

Today, an independent review of the results at year end is a standard part of good asset management. Order the Benchmark Check or a detailed annual financial statement as an Audit Report. You can fill in the information yourself or ask your bank advisor/asset manager to do so.

At least once a year, the asset management should be subjected to an independent review. This procedure allows a good assessment of the results achieved and serves as a basis for discussion with your bank or asset manager. It is obvious that such an audit must be carried out independently and is now accepted as the standard.

 

 

The Benchmark Check as a minimum standard

A benchmark check gives you a quick and independent overview of how the results achieved compare in terms of return, risk and costs. This gives you and your bank/administrator a transparent basis for the year-end discussion and any areas for action.

How it works:

  1. You or your asset manager send us the necessary data.
  2. We prepare the Benchmark Check and send it to you and your advisor (as requested)
  3. You discuss the Benchmark Check at your next meeting with your bank or asset manager.

An audit report as a comprehensive annual statement

With an audit report we ensure a comprehensive annual statement for your assets. We analyse the results (return, risk, costs) for you, assess the investment strategy and the competence of the portfolio manager. The analysis includes concrete recommendations for action, which are discussed with you and, where necessary, the implementation of adjustments is addressed at your bank/your asset manager.

How it works:

  1. You receive a quotation and place the order with us.
  2. We gather the necessary information, check its accuracy and prepare it in detail
  3. We prepare an audit report as a comprehensive annual statement
  4. We discuss the audit report with you and your bank/administrator (if desired) and recommend specific adjustments where indicated. The discussion can be conducted as a meeting or video conference.
  5. We support you in making changes or initiate and manage their implementation directly with your bank or administrator.
